Panic attacks are usually happens in daytime but there are some instances that panic attacks take place while sleeping but there are also actions in different ways when this happens. You will usually be bothered in sleep when panic attack happens you will be awaken in the middle of the night or you might feel the symptoms when you wake up in the morning without having no idea why do these are happening. The person may have a hard time in breathing, chest pains, or having a fast beating heart. The most is when the person loose control of themselves and these could also lead to death. People have the difficulty in dealing with panic attacks when awake what more if they are sleeping or just waked up.
Ways in Avoiding Panic Attacks

In treating panic attacks during daytime is just the same in treating the panic attacks when sleeping. The difference is that the panic attacks that occur while sleeping cannot be identified or the symptoms will not be noticed and that gives danger to the person. Panic attacks in nighttime generates by the stressful day of a person that gives him a hard time dealing with it. The best way in handling the panic attack is relaxation, the person must relax himself to help his body in calming down.

Motivating yourself before going to sleep and waking up in the morning is one of the treatments for panic attack when sleeping. Through this it could give a relaxing feeling to the body before sleeping and could handle stressors while sleeping through our dreams. Meditation, deep breathing is an example of relaxation exercise before sleeping these could also help treat panic attacks while sleeping. Breathing exercise means that breathing through the diaphragm not from the chest. He should drag a breath slowly and deeply then exhale in the same way. This could change his focus, he will now focus on breathing not on the things that could give him stress. It could help the person to relax and stay calm before and while sleeping. Meditation, motivation and of course prayer could really help a person relax and could avoid panic attack while sleeping. These could give peaceful sleep, relaxed mind and could avoid panic attack while in sleep.
