Festive Low-Calorie Cocktail Recipe for Christmas: Pomchi Smash ...

Add a little extra pizzazz to your holiday soir?e with the vibrant Pomchi Smash. Fresh raspberries and mint give this drink an appropriate color palette and lots of fresh flavors.?

Pomchi Smash

Ingredients:?
10 fresh raspberries, plus 1 for garnish
5 mint leaves, plus 1 for garnish
1 1/2 ounces Ron Abuelo A?ejo rum
2 ounces cranberry juice
1 ounce lemon juice
1/2 ounce simple syrup
Dash Angostura bitters
Ginger ale

Directions:
Muddle raspberry with mint. Add rum, cranberry juice, lemon juice, simple syrup, and bitters. Shake hard and strain into a highball glass. Top with ginger ale and garnish with raspberry and mint.
